Reservations of 8 hours or more can be cancelled and refunded up to four (4) hours prior to the start of the reservation. No refunds will be issued for any reservation which is cancelled less than four (4) hours before the start time. Hourly reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Unless cancelled in accordance with the above, all reservation fees are non-refundable for any reason other than the lack of a parking spot in the location you chose, at the time reserved.
